Ingredients
  

Steaks
  • 2 pieces ribeye steaks Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
Pasta
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine) Can substitute with any preferred pasta.
Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the steaks.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Sautéed in the skillet.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with half-and-half.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Stir into sauce until smooth.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steaks to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
Cooking Pasta and Sauce
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Serving
  1. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy garlic sauce.
  2. Slice the steaks and serve them over the pasta.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm gently in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of cream or water to loosen the sauce if needed.
