Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter together.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (lumps are okay).
Cooking
- Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden on both sides.
Notes
Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for up to a month. Do not overmix the batter, and adjust heat as needed during cooking.
