- Soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.

- Heat oil in a deep pan.
Cooking
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge in the flour mixture, pressing down to coat thoroughly.
- Fry the chicken strips in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
Crispy Fried Chicken Strips are best served hot with your choice of dipping sauces like barbecue or ranch. You can also serve them with fries or a fresh salad. Leftover chicken strips can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
