Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 200 g cream cheese, softened Ensure it’s at room temperature for easy blending.
  • 50 g unsalted butter, softened Also at room temperature.
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 large eggs, separated Egg whites and yolks must be separated.
  • 70 g granulated sugar
  • 40 g cake flour Sifted for a lighter texture.
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a blender, combine the cream cheese, butter, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the egg yolks, sugar, cake flour, cornstarch, and vanilla extract to the blender and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

You can serve Cloud Cake plain or with powdered sugar, whipped cream, ice cream, or fresh berries. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze tightly wrapped for longer storage. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing, be gentle when folding the egg whites, and check your oven temperature for the best results.
