Pasta and Sauce
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh minced garlic provides the best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated cheese for best results.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Cooking the Steak
  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain it and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
Serving
  1. Serve the creamy garlic pasta topped with sliced steak and garnish with fresh parsley.
