  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and add milk and vanilla sugar.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter onto the skillet.
  2. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm on a plate with butter, syrup, fresh fruit, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Add whipped cream or chocolate chips for extra sweetness.

Notes
