  • 2 pieces Grilled chicken breasts Grilled and sliced
  • 6 cups Romaine or mixed greens Fresh, washed
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 2 pieces Hard-boiled eggs Sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese Crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinaigrette For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by grilling the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it into strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine romaine or mixed greens.
  3. Layer bacon, hard-boiled eggs (sliced), avocado (diced), cherry tomatoes (halved), and crumbled blue cheese on top of the greens.
  4. Add the grilled chicken on top.
  5. Drizzle red wine vinaigrette over the salad.
  6. Toss gently if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Keep dressing separate to prevent the salad from becoming soggy.
