Preparation
- Start by grilling the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine or mixed greens.
- Layer bacon, hard-boiled eggs (sliced), avocado (diced), cherry tomatoes (halved), and crumbled blue cheese on top of the greens.
- Add the grilled chicken on top.
- Drizzle red wine vinaigrette over the salad.
- Toss gently if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Keep dressing separate to prevent the salad from becoming soggy.
