Salad Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Grilled chicken breast Grilled and sliced
  • 6 cups Romaine or mixed greens Can use any preferred greens
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 pieces Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 piece Avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken breast until cooked through, then slice it.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine or mixed greens, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and blue cheese.
  3. Add the grilled chicken on top.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Final Assembly
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine before serving.

Notes

Serve in large bowls or on individual plates. Extra dressing can be offered on the side. Pairs well with light white wine or iced tea. Store leftovers in an airtight container; keep the dressing separate.
