  • 16 oz meatballs pre-cooked or leftover
  • 2 cups cheese shredded, any type

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and let cool before slicing them.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, meatballs, and chopped onion.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
