Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.

Notes
For an extra treat, adding whipped cream or chocolate chips can make them even more fun. Make sure not to overmix the batter; a few lumps are fine for fluffiness. Adjust the heat to low if they are browning too quickly.
