Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
  3. Gradually add the flour, stirring until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Serve plain, with powdered sugar, topped with fruits or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
