Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
  2. In a bowl, soak the chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  3. Fry the strips in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
