  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk, room temperature For better yeast activation
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

Making the Dough
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, condensed milk, and egg.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Baking the Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Punch down the dough, divide it into pieces, and shape them into rolls.
  3. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
