- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, cheese, egg, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Assembly and Baking
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll them tightly.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
