  • to taste Your favourite chicken spice Customize according to your flavor preference.
  • optional Chutney Adds flavor; completely optional.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For marinating the chicken.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate your chicken overnight with a mix of your favourite chicken spice, chutney (optional), and a bit of olive oil.
  2. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
Baking
  1. Place the marinated chicken in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Make sure to check doneness with a meat thermometer; it should reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F). For crispy skin, bake uncovered for the last 10 minutes.
